Thanks very much for an enjoyable stay during winter. The room is well presented and well furnished and with air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a lounge. Have a drink at the outdoor bar. This is the best place to stay, couldn't recommend more😃

The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was local. I had a fully-equipped room with kitchen, excellant appliances, for instance.

The location of the hotel in Margaret River is marvellous and magnificent, next to the attractions in the region as well as many other sites.

would go back in flash, a pleasant stay on holidays. it is clean and big hotel, the staff are amicable and location to see how the gardens progress is nice and ideal. the breakfast is great, includes good choice of meals.

The environment is beautiful - we loved how secluded and quiet it was. The chalet was also extremely comfortable and well equipped.

Nothing - except a suggestion to trim some of the shrubs in front of the forest view chalet no 10 so we could have a better view of the forest!

Homely rooms with kitchens were a big hit for us. the spot where this place is nestled is so calm and convenient. It's right next to a beautiful vineyard, wineries, the coast, and peaceful native gardens with a lovely lake nearby. 🌿

After several days in Perth and hotel, which we certainly enjoyed, the contrast of a spacious house in the woods was wonderful. Seeing kangaroos while out on a walk on the grounds was a real treat for us Americans. I(Karli) loved the blooming plants and the birdsong new to my ears. The location was excellent for exploring the area, central to the wineries and easy to reach the beautiful coast while not in a commercial area. Complimentary wine was a nice touch, and having a kitchen worked out very well.

The chalet is very well furnished and equipped. They have even paid attention to the need of short term stay customers by providing salt, pepper, cling wrap, aluminium foil in the kitchen knowing that it would not be practical for customers who wanted to do some simple cooking or BBQ at the chalet to purchase all these items and just use them once. It would have been excellent if they could have included a small bottle of cooking oil in their provision to complete the list of basic kitchen necessity. The resort managers were also extremely helpful. They even offered to help us secure reservations at restaurants in Margaret River prior to our arrival which really helped as most of the restaurants only respond to reservations via phone and not email.
